-What is 3D-printing?
How it works:

  • Digital Design: We start with a digital 3D model of the product. This is designed directly by us, using specialized software.
  • The Printing Process: A 3D printer uses a process called additive manufacturing, where it builds the object layer by layer. Each printer uses a spool of plastic filament (like PLA, PET-G, etc.) that is melted and extruded through a nozzle.
  • Building the Object: The printer follows the digital instructions, depositing the melted plastic in precise patterns to create the desired shape of the product.

  • Speed: Without needing to spend the time involved in other machinery, your 3D-printed products will be designed in a relatively quick timeframe, resulting in being in your hands usually within a few business days.


-How will my 3D-printed item(s) appear?
While our top-quality 3D printers are very precise in their manufacturing nature, any 3D-printed item from any 3D printer is subject to small, minor imperfections. These imperfections do not result in any structural nor performance concerns. "Layer lines" are visible using almost any material. These lines will appear on your product, and they are due to 3D-printers printing one later at a time, for the vertical formation of the product. This is unfortunately unavoidable with 3D-printed items. The result is items that are not as precisely-produced as an injection-molded item, or an item that has been CNC-machined. However, 3D-printed technology brings durable, functional products to your doorstep at a low cost, and a quick turn-around. We also carefully inspect all items before shipment, and we will not package any item up that has any major appearance defects, or any functional or durability defects. -How long will my order take to arrive?
All products are made-to-order. While some products may have ready inventory on-hand, please allow up to 3-7 business days in handling time, in order for your item(s) to be created and shipped. Once your item has shipped you will automatically receive an email with tracking information. Depending on the shipping method you selected, and your location, shipping can then take anywhere from 1 to 10 days to receive if within the United States, or anywhere from 3 to 30 days if outside of the United States. Please utilize the tracking information you are provided, in order to see where your package is expected to be delivered once shipped.


-What color(s) can my item be printed?
Common colors we use by default are white, black, and yellow. White or black are chosen by default based on their application. Yellow is used for tools and templates we offer, for high-visibility purposes. We can potentially offer different colors for any of our products, at an additional expense. -What material(s) can my item be printed in?
Materials such as PLA, PLA+, PET-G, ASA, ABS, PA (Nylon), including carbon fiber or glass-impregnated variants, are materials we commonly keep in stock. We use upgraded materials for our products by default, based on the product's application. However, we can potentially offer further-upgraded materials than what you see offered for a given item, at an additional expense. Please utilize our Contact Us page for inquiries.


-How will my item(s) withstand outdoor applications?
Different materials are chosen for different solutions that we offer, based on expected temperatures, sunlight (UV) exposure, exposure to chemicals, etc. Our default materials for our products are meant to handle the temperature and/or UV exposure based on their application. -Can I request a new product for you to offer?
We can design and offer multitudes of types of solutions for existing products on the market, as well as custom products. Please review our Request a Custom Solution page for more details.


-Do you offer custom designing and/or production?
If you have an item that you would like a custom solution for, we can offer you our 3D modeling services to design your solution, and depending on the size and material you desire, we can potentially also print your design for you. We have many materials that we can offer for your item to be printed in. There are also many variables involved in estimating the cost for these services, so please utilize our Contact Us page for inquiries.


-I'm experiencing a problem with my order. How do I contact customer support?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item(s), we can offer a free exchange of your item(s), or a full return. For either solution, we offer free return and replacement shipping, so that you do not incur any personal expenses.
